We bought Stouffers 5 cheese lasagna...

We bought Stouffer's 5 cheese lasagna, the party size. The absolute worst lasagna we've ever had!
It was a sloppy mess! We followed the instructions, but something wasn't right. We cooked it for an additional 10 minutes, but it still was sloppy. The sauce was sour and left a bitter aftertaste.
We ended up throwing it away.
The barcode numbers are 0 138** ***** *. Very disappointing!

I was disgusted
- - Mac and cheese melted in shipping; the aluminum tray was welded to the box.

Mac and cheese had melted in shipping, and the aluminum tray was welded to the box. It was obvious that it was on its side when melting. Realizing it was inedible, having no idea if it fully thawed, we had to make other plans for dinner and wasted 15+ dollars.

My reliable buddy, Mac and cheese. Been enjoying it like crazy for 50 years. So naturally, if they changed the box then they definitely made a better product. Right?
OMG! I couldn't be more wrong. I think your art department is playing with AI way too much. Your quality control department must have been discontinued.
My wonderful Mac and cheese dinner was ruined forever.
The 16 minutes of cooking, stirring and heating for another 3 minutes... I'll never get that back. The consistency of the end product is hideous now. It looks awful and that's only surpassed by the horrible sour flavor and runny bland cheese sauce in it.
You even managed to undercook it and make the pasta rubbery and flavorless.
But undeterred, a few nights later I decided to open the other package and move forward. I mean, there's no way they messed up the entire product. It was a one-off.. Nope.
It was even worse than the previous one. Lumpy, runny bland "cheese sauce" (I'm unconvinced that there's cheese in it at all) and the gross chewy pasta.
I'll give you massive kudos for one thing though. If you're going to messed up, you might as well go all out because you my old friends, have overachieved on this mess up.
One question remains, was the little bit of profit that you gained by lowering your quality standards, was it worth it?Did you see a spike in your stock go up?
Really, I'm asking. Because even in county jail their Mac and cheese is better quality than this.
No joke, I've been there.
Maybe you should get your delivery manifests reversed and send us the good stuff again because that's the only explanation that makes sense now.
Be ashamed Stouffers. You've lost me.
